    Adjusted the DNUtils implementation to behave similarly as AMIdentity with
regards to special characters. Also modified the filter generation logic
for the privilege data store, so it correctly escapes special characters
for the search filters.

    Updating the new_org code to handle cases when the new authentication is
initiated with a SAML POST. The login URL is now also managed by the login
framework, ensuring that it is correctly retained (instead of trying to
manually reconstruct it).

    Adjusting AMIdentity, so the special characters are always consistently
escaped. The universal ID should be always escaped as it is in DN format,
however the identity name should always return unescaped, as it is just an
attribute value.
