  Fix the failing live synchronisation (qualified id is provided now).
  Fix the relative path string problem on OSX.
  Update the web app dependencies and fix the jetty runner.
  
  Start the embedded OpenIDM:
  	$ cd trunk/openidm-webapp/ 
  	$ mvn jetty:run-war
